Shrimp Cocktail Martini

A toss of herbaceous gin and dry vermouth yield with a  playful surprising delicious and flavour of shrimp and tomatoes.

Ingredients

For the pickled shrimp and tomatoes:

  • 1 medium lemon, peel and white pith removed, sliced crosswise into 6 pieces
  • 1 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 5 Tbs. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbs. coriander seeds
  • -1/2 cups Champagne vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. crushed red pepper flakes

For the Cocktails:

  • .12fl. Oz gin preferably Bluecoat
  • 5 fl oz. dry vermounth

 

Preparation:

Make the pickled shrimp and tomatoes:

  1. While the water is boiling let the tomatoes lift for about 5 mins.  Or until the skin are lift on the tomatoes.
  2. In a 2-3 quarts of saucepan bring 1 ½ cups of coriander, lemon, pepper flakes, horseradish,thyme, sugar and vinegar and salt to boil in medium heat. Stirring constantly wait until the shrimp is pink and just cook in 2 minutes. Plunge the bottom of saucepan into the water and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer all the mixture in container and let it cool for about 2 hours.

 

Make the cocktails:.

  1. Strain the tomato and shrimp through a medium mesh sieves over 1 quart measuring cup.
  2. Fill up three quarter of ice every cocktail glass and add 2 fl. Oz gin 4 fl. Oz shrimp picking liquid,and 1 ft. oz vermount with a long handles spoon stir until it’s fully chilled and strain into a martini glass In a toothpick skewer 1 pc of tomato and shrimp and add to the drink.

 

Garlicky Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb raw tailed Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 juice lemon
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves black mince
  • ¼ parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh choped parsley
  • Marinara sauce for diping

 

Procedures:

  1. Open oven and preheat over 400 degrees on baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Place all the ingredients on the sheet and mix all together and roast until golden brown from 8 – 10 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce.

 

Shrimp Cocktail Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion cut into quartered
  • 12 Shrimp
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 lemon halves
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 6 sprigs thyme

For the Devilled egg:

  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 6 large egg
  • 1 tsp hot sause
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • Korsher salt
  • 1tsp horseradish
  • Fresh groun paper

 

Procedures:

  1. Shrimp Cocktail: In a large pot full of water add lemon, thyme onion, salt and. Bring into high heat and reduce heat to medium and simmer  for 10 minutes and let flavor blend.
  2. Prepare an ice bath: In a cooking pan add shrimp to simmering and cook until the shrimp is pink and opaque, for about 2 minutes. Strain and transfer to the ice water and wait to let it cool completely. Peel the skin and Devin, leaving tails intact. Refrigerate the eggs  once deviled.
  3. Make deviled eggs: In a large saucepan place egg and cover with cold water. And set pan over medium heat. Bring water to boil. Off the heat cover pan and let sit for 11 minutes. Strain, on the cold water rinse egg and peel.
  4. Halve eggs in crosswise and in a medium bowl scoop out the yolk. Add lemon juice,hot sauce,ketchup, mayonnaise and horseradish then using fork mash bacon with yolks then season with pepper and salt.

 

Shrimp Cocktail Lettuce Wraps

A delicious shrimp cocktail wrapped in lettuce and perfectly food while dinner or just watching the with family, friends and relatives.And it has a cocktail sauce sprinkle with fresh chives and it will definitely a perfect finger friendly food.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams cooked shrimp
  • ½ heads iceberge lettuce
  • Chope of chives.

In cocktail sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cogniac or brandy
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

 

Procedures:

  1. Combine all the ingredients into the bowl
  2. Each lettuce must put 2 shrimp and drizzled with cocktail sauce
  3. And sprinkle the chop chives
