During 17th Century the word Cock + tail  is an adjective describing the creatures tail like a cock and a horse docked like tail. Owning cocked tailed horse in its pedigree. Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz rye whiskey or bourbon
  • Garnish of Orange twist
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp sugar or 1 sugar cube

Procedures:

  1. In a glass put a sugar. Pour whiskey and stir until dissolved. Add ice and stir again then serve and enjoy.

 

Negroni

Favorite of most bartender around the world.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermount
  • 1 oz gin

Procedure:

  1. Add all the ingredients and stir with ice.

 

Moscow Mule

Moscow Mule is very advisable to drink during hot summer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 4-6 oz ginger beer
  • 5 oz of lime juice

Procedures:

In Moscow Mule mug squeeze lime juice then add 2-3 cube ice then add cold ginger and Vodka.

 

Manhattan

Booziest classics drink which created around 1800s

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermount
  • 2 oz rye whisky
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Procedures:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and stir with ice.
  2. Strain on cocktail coupe and martini glass

 

Rob Roy

This cocktail drink was made in Manhattan and name after Scottish folk hero Rob Roy MacGregor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 dashes Angostura
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 ½ oz Blended Scotch

Procedures:

  1. In a mixing glass, pour all the ingredients with ice and stir
  2. Strained on the chilled glass with fresh ice
  3. Use cherry for garnish

 

White Russian

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ oz Vodka
  • 1 ¼ oz Coffee liqueur (Kahlua)

  2. Stir into a chilled rocks over fresh ice and enjoy

 

Vesper

Ian Fleming was the creator of this cocktail drinks around 1953 in the Novel Casino Royale.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • ½ oz Lillet

Procedures:

  1. Combine all the Ingredients with ice on mixing glass
  2. Stir into a cocktail glass and garnish thin orange or lemon

 

Sidecar

According to the history the cocktail Sidecar was made by one of the famous hotel in paris and that is “Ritz Hotel” and the cocktail was made after the motorcycle attachment.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ oz Brandy
  • 1 oz lemon
  • ¾ Triple sec

Procedures:

  1. In shaker thin combine all the ingredients
  2. Add 3-4 cubes of ice
  3. Shake firmly until tin is frosted over
  4. On the chilled cocktail glass strain it and put sugar on rimmed
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon and then enjoy.

 

Paloma

Paloma is often Overlook, Paloma is a refreshing and it’s easy to use.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila or Reposado
  • 1 oz Lime
  • 1 each Pinch of Salt
  • Grapefruit as needed

Procedures:

  1. Using Highball glass combine all ingredients with 2-3 cube ice
  2. Enjoy with the garnish of Grapefruit wheel
